Rajashree Natarajan
Rajashree is an IT industry veteran, Technology, Process, Knowledge Management, Operations and CSR leader with over 28 years of diverse and global experience.
She is a believer in holistic, value-based education that involves the entire community and has been a volunteer with Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini, a program of Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust for many years now.
She is the Managing Trustee of Sai Kedar trust, a charitable organization, whose flagship program is Katha On Ratha. She is also a trustee of Sai Sankalp Charitable Trust that runs a free primary school for underprivileged children in Arasankazhani village near Chennai.
Rajashree is the architect of the Katha On Ratha program. With her passion for knowledge, visionary ideas and ability to translate vision to action, she inspires our entire team. One thing that strikes anyone who interacts with Rajashree is her positive energy and her zeal for creating deep, positive changes in our society.
Sairamkumar Jayaraman
Sairam has over 28 years of IT experience and is a senior leader in the tech industry.
Be it a Bal Vikas guru or an active volunteer with Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Vaihini, he has been involved in working with children and in the education field for many years now.
A believer in equal and quality education to all irrespective of the social and economic divides, Sairam has been a trustee of Sai Sankalp Charitable Trust that runs a free primary school for underprivileged children in Arasankazhani village near Chennai.
As a mentor for Katha On Ratha, he brings in his expertise in strategy, planning and training. With his keen eye for detail and strong belief that true growth lies in empowering all stakeholders in an organization, he closely guides our implementation team.
Sudha Yegnanarayanan
Sudha has a post-graduate degree in Engineering and is a trained Montessorian.
She is passionate about her two decades of work experience in the tech industry but the cause close to her heart is to work with special children. This motivated her to get trained as a Montessori guide, during her tenure in USA and she also taught in a pre-school in Dallas for more than two years.
At Katha On Ratha, she mentors the content team as well as the implementation team, which combines her industry skills sets with her passion. Extremely dedicated to the vision of Katha On Ratha, she has always found time to guide the team and offer ideas. Patient, down to earth and always smiling is how our team would describe Sudha and we are stronger because of her gentle presence.
Ganapathi. S
Sri Ganapathi (a.k.a. Madhurabharati) is a person whose love for acquiring knowledge is outstripped only by his avidity for sharing it. Very passionate about educating the underprivileged sections of the society, he is also active in Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations(SSSO), Tamil Nadu. Under the auspices of SSSSO, he has conducted ‘Education in Human Values’ Program for over 35,000 students ranging from high schools to colleges.
He is our very own professor “Nannan” & mentor-coach, whose gentle hand guides and directs us in the right pathway, nudging us to continuously keep improving our language proficiency. Currently, he serves as the Chief Editor of THENDRAL (www.TamilOnline.com), a magazine catering to the Tamils living in North America.
Subramanian. VL
Sri. V L Subramanian is a Banking Industry veteran with close to 30 years of global experience. Bitten by the urge to serve in the education sector, Sri. Subramanian switched as a full time volunteer with Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini, an NGO focussed on holistic education for all, providing his active support in areas including Planning, Technology and Training.
He is associated with KOR as a mentor bringing in his rich expertise in processes and planning. His passion for education, outreach for the underprivileged and his highly responsive and methodical approach in addressing needs is contagious. He has a unique style of sharing critical reviews and sharp suggestions wrapped in subtle humor. His wit never fails to bust our stress levels and boost the energy levels.

ANITHA RAMKUMAR
Anitha Ramkumar has a degree in Engineering and a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has always been passionate about reading and spreading the love for reading among young children. She has experience working as a teacher in a Montessori environment in California and later as the Head of School Library Services with TreasureHouse Children’s Library in Hyderabad. While in Hyderabad she worked with multiple schools setting up libraries, running book clubs for children and implementing non-competitive reading comprehension programs.
She is an ever cheerful member of team Katha On Ratha, leading its creative side. She engages in content creation backed by solid research, that helps with improving literacy and related skills among children. Partly rooted in reality and partly living in a dream world, she loves to read multiple articles and research papers on literacy while listening to music and sipping chai. She jokes that she has only two modes, the reading mode and what to read next mode.
KANNAN RAMANI
Kannan has a Degree in Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He has put in his energy in Healthcare industry for more than 10 years, without compromising his passion for the field of education. He co-founded a primary school in Chennai which provides free education to underprivileged students for more than a decade from now.
He leads the implementation of the Katha On Ratha Program. The team would always vouch for Kannan’s enthusiasm in signing up new schools. The qualities that distinguish him above everyone else is his passion for hard work, persistence and the way he handles feedback.
He is a fan of all the stories we use for content development at Katha On Ratha and his wordplay based on our book titles is legendary. He is an active volunteer in another educational initiative, namely Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini which forms the basis of an integral and holistic education.
